Upload Wet-Signed Contract

Use this when a vendor signed a printed copy outside the e-signature flow. The record is saved with source MANUAL_UPLOAD and is explicitly not treated as e-signed — it will never carry an ESIGNED source or a vendor e-signature timestamp.
