Privacy policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
This policy explains what information the Trnkey AI website collects, why, and who helps us process it. It covers this website only; work we do for clients is covered by our agreements with them.
Who we are
This website is operated by Trnkey AI, 3219 Bay Estates Circle, Miramar Beach, FL 32550, United States. You can reach us at hello@trnkeyai.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the basic records any web server keeps.
- Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number, your biggest workflow bottleneck, and the tools you tick.
- Booking calendar: the details you enter when you book a call: typically your name, email, phone number, the time you pick and any questions the booking form asks.
- Newsletter sign-up: the footer form on every page collects your email address, and your first name if you give one, to send you updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- Server logs: our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each request.
Voice assistant and demo calls
If you start a call with the site's voice assistant or one of the demo receptionists, your microphone audio and the conversation are processed by ElevenLabs, Inc. to run the call. If ElevenLabs is unavailable, the site assistant may run on Vapi, Inc. instead.
Transcripts of calls with the site assistant are kept in our ElevenLabs account, and our team may review them to improve the assistant. Demo receptionist calls are capped at two minutes and are not saved to any booking system.
The assistant can see which page you are on and whether contact-form fields are filled in, but not what you typed. Please don't share sensitive personal information on a call.
Error tracking
To find and fix problems, the site sends error reports and basic performance data to our self-hosted GlitchTip server (glitchtip.trnkeyai.com). A report includes the page, your browser type and a technical description of the error. Form contents are removed before a report is sent.
How the contact form sends your details
When you press send, your answers go directly from your browser to our CRM provider, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), through a secure webhook. We use them to reply to you and to prepare for our call.
If the form can't send (for example, if the connection fails), we show a short message on the page and a link to book a call directly, so you're not stuck. We don't ask you to email your answers.
How the newsletter form sends your details
When you sign up in the footer, your email (and first name, if you give one) goes directly from your browser to our CRM provider, the same platform behind our contact form, through a secure webhook. We use it only to send you updates, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
The booking calendar
After you send the form, we show a booking calendar provided by our CRM provider so you can pick a time for a call. The calendar runs on that provider's servers, and the booking details you enter are collected by it on our behalf.
To load and size the calendar, the provider's embed script, loaded from link.msgsndr.com, runs on this page. It may read the page address, including campaign parameters such as utm_source, and store small values in your browser (cookies, local storage or session storage) to connect your booking to your enquiry. The provider's own privacy policy applies to the information it processes.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- Reply to your enquiry and schedule the call you asked for.
- Understand your current tools and workflow so we can recommend and scope the right setup.
- Call or email you back about your request. This form does not sign you up for automated texts or calls, and we don't send any today.
- Send you newsletter updates, only if you sign up for them in the footer.
- Keep the website working, secure and free of abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information or share it for other companies' advertising. We share it only with the services that help us run this site and respond to you:
- Our CRM provider, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which receives contact form and newsletter sign-up submissions and runs the booking calendar.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its server logs.
- ElevenLabs, Inc. (and Vapi, Inc. as a fallback), which process voice assistant and demo calls.
- Our self-hosted GlitchTip server, which receives error reports.
- Google Fonts, Unsplash, and Google Maps or OpenStreetMap, which the demos on our Our Work page load directly in your browser. See the next section.
- Professional advisers or authorities, only when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Third-party resources in Our Work demos
The demos linked from our Our Work page load a few third-party resources directly in your browser so each demo looks and behaves as intended. Unlike the booking calendar above, these load as soon as you open a demo, not only after you send the form:
- Google Fonts, to render the demo's typefaces.
- Unsplash, for the demo's images.
- Google Maps or OpenStreetMap, for the demo's map embeds.
These providers receive the requesting IP address and basic browser details, as any web request does, and the map embeds may set their own cookies. We don't control what they do with that information; their own privacy policies apply.
Cookies, analytics and ads
Today this site does not load analytics or advertising tools and does not set its own tracking cookies. Outside the Our Work demos described above, the third-party scripts are our CRM provider's booking calendar (loaded from link.msgsndr.com after you send the form) and the voice assistant and error reporting described above.
The following tools may be used on this site in future. They are not loaded on this site yet:
- Google Analytics (GA4), to measure visits and how pages are used.
- The Meta (Facebook) pixel or similar ad pixels, to measure and improve our ads.
- Our CRM provider's chat widget and tracking, to let you message us and to connect website visits to enquiries.
If we add any of them, they may use cookies and similar technologies. We will update this policy before they go live, including any choices the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and any period the law requires. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email hello@trnkeyai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
You can also clear your browser's local storage and cookies at any time.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the form only sends to our CRM account. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and change the "Last updated" date above.
